A dumbbell weight bench is a weight bench that a lot of people use with dumbell weights and for use in dumbell weight training. So it may be a flat or adjustable bench, or an incline bench as used in weight training. A lot of people like to get full dumbbell weight sets to use in their weight training. But use of a weight bench for home exercise or in conjunction with other home exercise equipment can increase the range of fitness exercises performed at home or alternatively within a fitness club.
